How it works
Admissions & educational strategy
A clear process for choosing the right educational path.
-
Understand
We begin with the student, the family context, priorities and the decision in front of you.
-
Map
We clarify the systems, schools, universities or support routes that genuinely fit, with attention to opportunity and risk.
-
Advise
We give direct, independent recommendations, not a long list for you to decode alone.
-
Prepare
We support applications, interviews, personal statements, timelines and transition planning so the next step feels clear and manageable.
Mentoring & student development
Practical steps for helping students grow with confidence.
-
Listen
We take time to understand the student’s habits, confidence, motivation, pressures and current challenges.
-
Identify
Together, we pinpoint the key areas that will have the greatest impact on the student’s progress and wellbeing.
-
Build
We create practical routines for organisation, study, planning and follow-through that fit the student’s daily life.
-
Structure
Through ongoing mentoring, we help students develop independence, self-awareness, resilience and confidence over time.
Verdant Institute
The skills we need beyond school
Verdant Institute helps students develop the skills that sit underneath academic success: clearer thinking, stronger writing, better research, independent study habits and mature communication.
We hold Wednesday enrichment sessions in central Geneva for students preparing for IB, IGCSE, university and life beyond school. On a case-by-case basis we can accommodate private tuition online or in person, in Geneva.
Your future starts now
A good education decision is not just about access. It is about fit, readiness and growth.
If your family is facing a school move, university decision or student development concern, Verdant can help you think clearly and act deliberately.
